Mango NC Sanding sealer HV
Description:
A nitrocellulose based sanding sealer clear base coat, for all kinf of wood applications such as furniture, chairs and frames.

Dry film thickness : 30 – 40 micron
Shelf Life ( dry and cool store ) : One year

Surface Preparation and Application Method
• The surface should be dry, free from dirt, oil, grease and powdery material.
• Sand the entire surface until completely smooth.
• If wood stain if required, the surface can be stained by Yacca stain Colors.
• Apply two coats of Mango NC Sanding Sealer by cross-coat technique in order to obtain a high-build and ensure optimum spreading.
• Always use Yacca thinner for Sanding Sealer Dilution.
• After drying, sand the surface until completely smooth.

Drying time ( at 25? ) :
Touch dry : 15 minutes
Hard dry : 30 minutes
Sandable : one hour

Subsequent Coats:
Lacquer clear ( Matt, 10% gloss, 30% gloss, semi-gloss, full gloss )
Top coat ( Matt, 10% gloss, 30% gloss, full gloss )

Packing: 1 Liter, 4 Liter, 20 Liter

Remarks:
Before Application
- Stir thoroughly
- Check Temperature above 5? and relative humidity less than 85%
After Application
- Clean all tools used immediately with Yacca HD Thinner
- Close the cans after used
- Store in dry and cool area
